Split gas oven/grill, separate hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Double glazed and with central heating. Mains gas connection. Golf course on site. Club house facilities include gym, steam room and jacuzzi in addition to pool. Beach 5/8 mins walk. Beach bars/cafes. St Ives, The Lizard and Lands End are a short drive.
