Our privately owned Delta Phoenix 2013 caravan was purchased in 2013 and is situated within The Park Dean Lochloy Nairn Holiday Park on the harbour front of the Town of Nairn, a 15 minute drive to Inverness. The Caravan is a Luxury 3 bedroom (sleeps 8-10) caravan,35 x 12 Ft. A HOME FROM HOME with double glazing, climate controlled gas central heating, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one with shower room, living room has a fold out double bed. The caravan is large with a huge lounge and modern kitchen. It has one of the best plots on the family run park only a short walk to the entertainment area, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, kids play area, beach, golf course etc, with very large grass areas and great views across the Moray Firth, Dolphins can be seen regularly playing from the beach front. we have included all our private items for you to use as this is a luxury caravan not just a 'rent machine'. The first bedroom is the master bedroom with double bed, the second and third bedrooms are twin rooms with 2 single beds in each room, pillows, cases and duvets provided. The Park is ideally situated for visiting some of the finest beaches in the whole of the Highlands and is just 500m from the traditional fishing port of Nairn and 100m from Nairn championship golf course, the Park runs a full children's entertainment programme, daily & nightly entertainment, bingo, bands, kids disco, kids competitions etc etc. The park and nearby beaches are all dog friendly.
