Hi, my Wife and I purchased this van in 2012. It is sited at Martello Beach. It is 2 years old.2 Bedrooms, DB glazing,Central heating,32 inch tv, electric fire,toilet and shower. There is a put you up in the Lounge making it a 6 berth. There is a club and restaurant and indoor swimming pool. a Gym and playground for the children. The beach is 5 minute walk. it is pebbles with some sand at low tide. A 5 minute drive and you have an ASDA and cinema and Sovereign harbour with restaurants and Pub. Eastbourne is about 10-15 mins away.
