My name is Lyndon Sparkes, we are a retired couple and own a 2003 Willerby Westmoreland. It is in immaculate condition with new carpet and upholstery in living area. The plot is private with decking and a lower area for chilling out. We have a view of the sea from the caravan and the coastal path runs across the site. There is also the River Otter for river path walks. We are located between Sidmouth and Exmouth. Whilst there are all facilities on the site it is still quiet. The private beach is 3 mins from the caravan.
