Premium Site on Weymouth Bay Holiday Park

We are a retired couple who have a static holiday caravan on Weymouth Bay Holiday Park. The holiday home has only been used by ourselves and very close family (who are all non smokers) and is in excellent condition throughout. Weymouth Bay is a Haven site on which 95% of all the caravans are privately owned. The site is maintained to a very high standard throughout. It is about a 15 minute walk from the site to the beach across open fields. If you are feeling energetic it is then about a 1 hour walk along the promenade into Weymouth town centre. Alternatively it is a 5 minute drive and we can tell you where to park for free! Our holiday home is on a premium pitch at the far end of the site, about a 7 minute walk to the entertainment complex. It is in a very quiet cul-de-sac with 12 other holiday homes, of which only two are let out to holiday makers. The rest are only used by the owners and their families themselves. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Our holiday home is a 2011 Swift Moselle 39ft x 12 ft. It has two bedrooms, and the large master bedroom, located at the far end, has an en-suite toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds. In the lounge there is a 32 inch TV with freeview and built in DVD player. The patio doors open out onto a large decking area with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The van is fully double glazed and centrally heated and is very cosy all year round. We are connected to piped gas from the site. We are looking to exchange with anyone in a similar situation . If you exchange with us there will only be the 2 of us using your holiday home.
