Lovely 8 berth caravan on Haven site on the South Coast adjacent to beach, lagoon and nature reserve

We are a young at heart couple in our sixties with grown up children and grandchildren who join us often at the caravan. As well as enjoying our stays there we also like exploring new places so a caravan swap seems to offer us the best of both worlds and we have done quite a few in the past including some repeat ones. Our caravan is an 2017 (39 x 12 ft) ABI Oakley in excellent condition situated on a beautiful Haven site with many amenities for all the family. The caravan is double glazed with central heating and has three bedrooms (two twin rooms and a double room with en-suite) plus a pull out double in the lounge and is very well equipped with wi-fi, large TV with Sky (inc sports) in lounge and freeview TVs in two of the bedrooms, DVD Player, Radio/CD player, Bluetooth Speaker, books, films and games for adults and children. It is also very child friendly with cot, high chair, changing mats, baby bath, bed guard etc supplied. The kitchen is very well equipped with large fridge/freezer, multi cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc and all the pots, pans and utensils you need. We do not have decking but the van is sited on the edge of a large green area with lots of space to sit out and where children can play safely. We have a barbecue and plenty of outside seating too! The site, being a Haven one, has lots of amenities and activities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 2 bars/entertainment venues, restaurant, pizza terrace, fish and chip shop, convenience store, play park, crazy golf etc. There is also a nine hole golf course (there are some clubs in the caravan). Adjacent to a beautiful nature reserve, the site has paths leading directly to the shingle beach and lagoon. (There are sandy beaches nearby if you prefer.) Pagham is a lovely village with pubs, restaurants, a supermarket and local shops and amenities. It is located on the south coast between Brighton and Portsmouth which are both less than 45 minutes drive away and there are also countless walking and cycling routes all along this part of the coast with lots of places to explore. We think our caravan is in an ideal place as there are lots of things to do for the family when they join us but it is also a very peaceful place to enjoy walking, watching the breathtaking sunsets over the lagoon or just sitting reading a book on the beach or by the lagoon.
